Rubber-sheathed cable
Application - Rubber-sheathed and insulated cable, suitable for heavy mechanical stress, for connecting of heavy and big equipment and machines in mining industry – digging machines, elevating gears, bridge crane, transport and conveyor systems, etc.

Construction -
Stranded Tinned Cu wires cl. 5 acc. to DIN VDE 0295, IEC 60228
Inner semi-conductive layer: semi-conductive rubber compound
Insulation: rubber compound EPR
Outer semi-conductive layer: semi-conductive rubber compound
The main insulated cores are stranded together with the protective cores in a bundle. The protective cores are with overall cross-section (see the table) arranged as 3 separate cores in the interstices between the main conductors
Inner sheath: rubber compound
Anti-torsion braid
Outer sheath: poly-chloroprene rubber compound NR (neoprene)
Outer sheath colour: red
